Updating guests and employees on/off site the ship at the gangway by scanning their cruise ID cards.
The stand-alone Property Access App is fully integrated with other MXP modules (ports, itinerary, PMS). Enhanced real time guest security and on side guest management – on the spot available data needed on day to day operation – scanning the cruise ID barcode or RFID decreases the gangway lines upon guests return from tours in big groups;
Guests with any visa restrictions or Medical quarantine will be identified at the gangway allowing the end user to avoid any port fines if these guests would exit the ship. Crew members on IPM duties identified at the Gangway, if on IPM crew cannot leave the ship due to safety duties.
The app is keeping count of visitors, to assure all will be ashore by ship’s departure.
