The MXP Mobile Property Management App is used to view details about the guest such as their passport details, activities, luggage tracking, preferences, print key cards if an interface exists and to carry out some functions on the guests’ account such as view account items, print statements/invoices and to take payments, linked to Tour Booking App.

Offers quick and effective guest service resulting in ability to minimize or completely eliminate guest waiting time in queue at the reception during busy times (Embark, debark, end of voyage folio settlement).  Being able to assist the guests waiting in line at Guests Services Desk or Shore Excursion desk. Guests no longer need to wait long periods of time to check on account matters, getting a cruise ID card, getting a printed invoice or just reviewing the invoice on the staff’s iPad, booking a tour as Tour booking can be accessed via mPMS, checking on Restaurant and Spa reservations.
