eLearning is a software designed to host and create courses. This helps to maintain an overview of trainings for crew and third-party vendors, as well as applicants. The system allows detailed reporting for the administration ashore and onboard. Courses can be taken prior to and during an onboard assignment, even under quarantine conditions with a personal device. This flexibility gives you as a company, time and cost efficiency without extensive one-on-one trainings in a classroom.  

Automated course assignment, based on position, department and/or status criteria, gives the Learning Management department high flexibility. MXP supports courses created in SCORM format, MP4 videos and also has a library function to add Office (PDF, Word, PPT and Excel) Documents or other learning material for the crew.
