The MXP Mobile Housekeeping Application assists Housekeeping Supervisors and Room Stewards to carry out day to day housekeeping activities (prioritize room cleaning taking into consideration the guests’ diary; inspecting the rooms or repair can be done while the guest is shore-side; batch room status changes; accessing the guest data, VIP list).

Details about the room status e.g. make up room, who is assigned to attend to the room and the guest booking details e.g. Name, arrival date, departure date, VIP Status

Comments can be added by housekeeping for their use only as reminders e.g. needs extra towels

Overview Station - Each cabin will present a disembarkation port of the booking, updated in live and interactive with booking updates made during the voyage

Special requests that have been added to the guests profile in Guest Management in MXP will be visible here and acknowledge of delivered service is available

Will display any preferences that have been added to the guest profile in Guest Management in MXP will be visible here e.g. want 2 extra feather pillows
Linen change can be added manually on room level or overview station when requested by the guests, icon visible on overview station
